COEX Aquarium Entry: Find the QR Ticket and Check Your Child’s Proof

Before entering SEA LIFE COEX Aquarium, retrieve the regular ticket’s QR and any birth-date document needed for a child under 36 months. Plan food and stroller handling before the gate: the current FAQ says re-entry is not allowed.

Retrieve the purchase-account QR · Prepare the child’s birth-date proof · Plan the folded-stroller exit · Enter after outside errands · Booking QR and age proof are separate entry preparations.

Retrieve the actual regular-ticket QR

The official FAQ says a regular ticket is emailed after purchase and is available in the purchase account’s profile, linked as “내 예약 관리” (manage my booking). A printout is not required: show the mobile QR. If missing, sign in with the email or social-login method used for purchase; an annual pass has a different registration step. If still missing, use the operator’s booking inquiry before purchasing another ticket.

Check the under-36-month proof rule

The under-36-month free-entry rule requires a document showing the child’s birth date. The FAQ specifically mentions a passport copy and says a photographed document can be presented. Free admission does not apply to infant-group visits. Prepare readable proof for that child, not only the adult’s passport. Free child admission does not replace the other visitors’ tickets. Check the child’s age on the visit date, especially near the third birthday.

Plan the stroller’s exit, not just entry

Strollers can be used inside, but the operator says the exit includes escalators and stairs and the stroller must be folded for leaving. Check whether your party can handle that route before entering. The FAQ also describes a self-storage option, without a guarantee against loss. If a different access arrangement is needed, contact the operator rather than infer a step-free exit from “strollers allowed”.

Finish outside errands before using the ticket

The FAQ says no re-entry and restricts outside food and certain play items. Complete an outside meal or errand first rather than leave halfway and expect to return. The usual listing is 10:00–20:00 with final entry at 19:00; use the day’s opening-hours page before travel. Reaching the mall is not the same as reaching the aquarium entrance with QR and documents ready.

A worked example

Hypothetical family: one child is 34 months and another has reached 36 months on the visit date. The first may use the under-36-month rule with the required proof; the second is not under 36 months. Retrieve the appropriate paid tickets and prepare the younger child’s document separately. After entry, an outside lunch should not be planned as a pause with re-entry.
