Set the correct destination pin
Use Songdo Bay Station at Songdo Beach for a beach-side start; the opposite endpoint is Songdo Sky Park near Amnam Park. Search 송도베이스테이션, 부산 in your map rather than just “Songdo”, which also names places outside Busan.
The operator’s transport page includes a walk from the bus stop to the station. Check that final walking leg, road crossings and current bus stop in a live route planner. Arriving at “Songdo entrance” does not mean you are already at the ticket counter.
One-way and return need different onward plans
For a round trip, the operator requires riders to get off at the other station and board again. Keep the return ticket and ask about final boarding before spending time at Sky Park. Do not stay in the cabin expecting an immediate loop.
For a one-way ticket, prepare a land route from the endpoint to your next destination. Check it before payment. Do not assume a coastal path is open, step-free or a quick substitute for the cable-car return.
Choose the cabin for comfort
Air Cruise is the standard cabin; Crystal Cruise has a transparent floor. Pick the view you will enjoy, not simply the more expensive name. The operator says cabins carry eight people and may be shared with other visitors.
Bad weather can interrupt operation. Check the live notice and your ticket conditions, and leave time before a fixed onward train. If using a wheelchair or walking aid, contact the operator about doorway dimensions, assistance and the endpoint’s level difference before booking.
