A nearby locker is useful only if you can retrieve the bag before leaving Jeonju. Compare the actual pickup access, not just the information desk's opening hours.

Save the exact location before walking
Jeonju city's tourism page lists lockers at the General Tourist Information Center, 69 Girin-daero, B1; behind the Hanok Village Tourist Information Center, 99 Girin-daero; and on the first floor of Gyeonggijeon Travelers' Lounge, 110 Jeondongseongdang-gil. These are distinct locations, not three names for one desk.
Also listed is Gosadong Travelers' Lounge, 22 Jeonjugaeksa 3-gil, first floor of Jeonju Film Studio. Save the building, address and locker position together. For help on site, show 전주종합관광안내소, 한옥마을관광안내소 or 경기전 여행자라운지 as applicable.

Choose by your collection time
The city page lists 24-hour locker access for the first three locations. Gosadong has a different rule: bags must be collected before 18:00 and the building cannot be entered outside operating hours. Do not treat all city lockers as a 24-hour network.
Tourist-information desks are listed as 09:00–18:00, with lunch 12:00–13:00. Locker access and staffed assistance are separate. Even where 24-hour access is listed, check the current local notice and do not plan on staff being available late.

Check the locker itself before paying
The city's pages differ on some locker counts and deposits, so this guide does not promise a particular size, fee or number of spaces. Read the actual machine instructions and displayed terms. Confirm your suitcase fits before closing the door or paying.
Keep the key, code or receipt that the machine actually issues, and record the site and locker number without exposing an access code publicly. Retain travel essentials you will need before pickup. First-come lockers can be full, especially on busy days.

If lockers are full or a bag cannot be retrieved
If your chosen site is full, try another listed location only after checking its collection rule. Moving a bag to a closer locker with an earlier lockout may make your day harder rather than easier.
If the door or code fails, use the help contact displayed on the machine and the staffed desk while it is open. Have the location, locker number and payment evidence ready. For Gosadong, seek help well before 18:00; do not assume an after-hours attendant can open the building.

A worked example
Hypothetical plan: dinner ends at 19:00 and you need the suitcase afterward. Gosadong's before-18:00 collection rule does not fit, even if it is convenient at lunchtime. Choose a location listed with 24-hour locker access, verify its on-site notice and vacancy, and keep the exact location on your phone. 'Desk closes at 18:00' and 'locker accessible for 24 hours' describe different services.
